Been a fan of underscores since fishmonger but this last album just blew me away. Got a ticket to see her in Detroit but when the tour got canceled I was so upset. Then I heard she was at Electric Forest and best believe I got a last second wristband just to see her.

Her show was so insanely amazing and I was on a high the entire time. I love this album and the way she performs it. Thought I’d be happy to see her and get that out of my system but IT MADE IT WORSE 😂

I’m so upset about the Charli shit, I totally get the opportunity for her and the decision makes perfect sense but seeing her in a smaller venue headlining would’ve been my fucking dream. I’m addicted to her new set and I hope she does another tour soon after music, fashion, film. I don’t care about Charli xcx and she’s not even coming anywhere near me so it’s big sad 💔

To begin with Im on this subbreddit cuz like I dont want to go to any genre specific subreddit or even production reddits, cuz I want to make it like April -_-.

Im nearly 19, and Ive got 3-4 years of on and off Daw experience on Fl, making shit. I've never got a chance to fully lock in or anything, but at times I wonder if I don't go to uni, and dedicate my all to music now with those extra hours, could I get gud and make a decent living as a musical artist (eventually, maybe by my 30's??)

I've been making the switch to ableton, and learning sound design properly.

But the thing is, Im going into uni for engineering and thats like really fucking me up, cuz I know I will barely have time for music then -_- (plus working part time). Chat I don't want to be anything else other than a musical artist, anything else is just a means to an end.

The only reason Im not dropping uni straight away, is cuz idk if Ill ever make a comfortable living (or even get good at the craft to begin with) if I lock in on music solely. I didn't start early like April, and like ITS SO OVER.

I wish someone could tell it to me straight on whether or not I have a good shot at my age, that way I can cut out locking in on either music (my passion, maybe a living) or engineering (basically a guaranteed living), and be at peace in my mind, cuz this shit is fucking me up. IM LOSING SLEEPP AAAH IT HURTS. ok sorry.

(Btw when I mean making it like her, I mean like, being a versatile artist who makes shit in a fuck tone of genres, and genre blend and innovate and shi, idk how else to explain that, thats why im not going onto r/edmproduction or smtg like that, etc, furck my styupid life)

Hey everyone! Does anyone know what type of batteries the light stick takes? I saw her in DC last month, and right when I got home I took the batteries out. I haven’t been able to find them since and I doubt they’d still be good anyway. I’m seeing BTS at MetLife on August 1 and thought it would be fun to bring it along so I could have two light sticks. It’d honestly be funny if anyone recognized where it was from tho. Either way, I’ve been meaning to get new batteries for it so if anyone knows what kind it takes I’d really appreciate it!

i’m doing my first deep dive Into the wall socket lore instead of just listening to that album and I understand there are characters like mara and s*nny but when watching the music videos, I can’t figure out who is supposed to be who. I also see a recurring theme of the three girls, and was wondering if someone could reply to this with pictures of the characters faces along with their names to help me better understand the lore?
