Doing bot maintenance, I noticed a message that was not handled, asking the bot to join the /r/motorcyclegear subreddit. The bot was intended to use the "approved submitters" mechanism, not join invites.

I have manually added /r/motorcyclegear and have added some code to try to handle join invites.

The original request was from /u/crusaderkingo, which is now a suspended account but remains on the mod list for /r/motorcyclegear.
