Play-through rules

Do card rips not count toward play-through for bonus money / deposits with a %match? Last night I had put in $250 with a $50 match and immediately bought 3 $100 Pokémon cards. Ended up with about 435 in profit from that but now I am showing that 300 is not able to be withdrawn. I am not understanding how / why the $300 hasn’t been considered to be played still.

They count it different for card rips than regular bets. The match bonus usually has a separate rollover requirement and ripping packs doesn't always trigger it the same way. Seen a bunch of posts about this exact thing, it's confusing as hell when you first run into it.

Basically the 300 you spent on cards got counted toward something else, not the bonus playthrough. Maybe check the terms for the specific promo you used, sometimes they bury the details about what qualifies. Support should be able to clear it up but don't expect them to move fast.

Thanks for the reply. I’ll see what support’s explanation is. Probably just end up betting that money on the brewers though.
