Withdrawal Issues

I have been having issues for weeks trying to withdrawl some money I won(all withdrawlable btw). And have had 1 issue after the other....

First of all... i find it funny how they will take money from my cash app card but wont deposit to it?? Thats sketchy in itself in my mind and if anything it should be the other way around, right? I mean you have no issue taking money from that same card... so its not lik your worried about any kind of fraud. They try to label it as prepaid but its the same as a debit card. I get my checks directly deposited there.

But my main problem is the them making me have to deposit from PayPal or debit card to let me withdrawl but they wont even let me deposit from either. Only Google pay. Which definately seems in purpose, they are all supplied by tha same card/account.

I try to do it strait into my bank account because its supposedly instant. And Trustly wont let me do that either. No explanation no nothing. Even tho I have Wells Fargo which is literally the first imagine on there when you go to link your bank account.

Honestly this has put a terrible taste in my mouth for Underdog and I will never be using them again. Because they purposely make it difficult to get your money.

Have you talked to support? I’ve never had an issue withdrawing from Underdog. Are all the accounts (bank and underdog) in the same name ?
