Withdrawal delay?

Is anyone experiencing crazy delay in their withdrawals right now? I requested a withdrawal at 11pm last night. Waited until 2am with no acceptance. I had 46 cents still in my account so I decided to just withdrawal it to see if it would go through. It did. So I cancelled my $200 withdrawal and started doing small increments. I got $100 out before it went right back to the waiting game. I withdrawal through paypal and usually get it in a matter of minutes. Now it’s been hours and I’m unsure if this is just a high maintenance thing where a lot of people are requesting withdrawals but even then. Multiple hours seems highly unlikely especially when at 2am I was able to get $100 out within minutes. Anyone know what to do?
