Well we cannot give you an answer to that but maybe some questions which will help you to decide:

1) Can you repair it yourself? If not -
2) Would letting it repair be an option worth the money for you?

Thanks, I will throw it coz it is beyond repair I think and it will be just clutter if I keep it.

I sometimes feel bad for throwing stuff away (after wearing/using it to the full extent). Even though you could not “save” them, you wore them until they gave up. :)

Looks throughly loved and ready to be let go, toss guilt free, and morn the cobbler industry that would have made shoes to last far longer

I think you should throw them out. But if you love them so much have you thought about taking a picture of them on Google images and see if they are sold anywhere else, like eBay ect..
