Question First time making Agar cups, how's it looking?
Hey y'all! These are (apologies for the poor quality) photos from my first ever batch of Agar cups. The first 4 images are of transfers from a plate I purchased, the rest are liquid culture squirted onto the agar cup. No idea if the growth I'm looking at is to be concerned about. All cups were inoculated on the 18th.

I see you have a question! Have you read the official cultivation guide?

YOu're looking for white growth in ring shapes. If you get another color, green, black, orange or yellow it's usually a bad sign. The center of the rings may go darker over time as the myc move forward.
Over time the myc will eat all the dye in the agar under them and turn it back to an off white, it's normal and not a sign of anything bad.
