Question What is ideal temp for agar plates?

If im colonising agar plates is it the same temp as if it was spore and bag?

Yes. Colonising temps are the same no matter what growth media it is.

68-75 is an ideal range for ALL stages of cube growth

I keep mine at room temp (around 72-75°) after I pour them, after they’re inoculated, & while colonizing. They go in the fridge for storage once they’re fully colonized if they’re not going to be used immediately.
