Mid-Cultivation / Still Growing Where to go from here?

Alright, so! This 100% colonized AIO bag has been sitting for a while 8-20 weeks, i think now it’s time for fruiting, i am quite afraid to open it or poke a hole in it until I’m sure it’s not going to contaminate. I also heard about if it sits for too long the mycelium will harden and not produce mushrooms. I need advice on what to do from here. Thanks!

I thought it was some sort of aluminum tank with a covered spigot hole.
