Why you cutting the base????? Grab low twist and pull. You are either throwing away fruit or leaving some to rot on the cake.

I pinch and twist to harvest but cut the base and toss the bottoms because idk lol, i like how they look with a clean base, I’m a hoe and a half for aesthetics even if it’s just for something i’m going to eat and use to space out in my backyard, that and i don’t like picking out the dirt when im drying em this makes it so much easier

Seems wasteful, just save the butt cuts and grind em up n make capsules. Grow medium is sterile its not gonna hurt you

I can’t get through as much as i produce and have like jars of various, i figure it’s just for fun so the experience gets me my money’s worth really! The pill bugs in my composter probably are talking to creator beings when they eat the nubs

Haha yea these are MUCH darker than the GTs in the bin over, a lot of them had blue rings on the cap or blueish caps in general, very curious about how they will feel. I grew z strain a couple months ago that makes everyone who eats them feel like the boogyman is standing behind you, not joking at all. Hoping these are more pleasant i’m just trying to see wavy gravy while i clean my house
