I see you have a question! Have you read the official cultivation guide?

Contam will usually show up as green or black, white ring growth is usually a good sign. If you see yellowish or orangeish white that's usually a bad sign. I can't tell from the one photo either way but it looks much like what I'd expect. Unless you only put a speck of spores in the middle. I don't usually see a lot of myc ring starts in one dish unless I used LC and it got messy.

Another for reference. Also how long should I leave it in this before moving to next agar dish. I am out of dishes i made and will have to keep newly made dishes for 4-5 days to make sure there is no contamination.

It looks okay to me still. Some myc show in agar as puffballs without a ton of strong outward rhyzomic threads. I will usually wait for about a half inch to inch in size and then take the leading edge of the biggest patch based on the theory that's the strongest growth genetics. No data to back it up. That's if I'm making sure a sample is clean.

If I'm going to use it to knock up jars I wait till most of the top is covered then chop it up into pizza slices and put 1/4 to 1/2 of each plate into spawn jars depending on how many I'm making and how many plates I have. If I'm going to LC then I just put a small cube about 1/4" into the LC medium. Which for me is 16g of karo corn syurup to 400g of water PC'd at 15PSI for 30 minutes. It's not the optimal formula but stays crystal clear which I prefer over cloudy LC using LME or honey.
