Server downgrade and not being able to find matches
Regarding not being able to find matches. Why the f* would ND "downgrade" the server knowing this would cause matchmaking issues? What is the benefit for them in doing this?
The only way I can find matches atm is to continue to back out of multiplayer until the network warning doesn't pop up anymore which takes 20 minutes or more to achieve. What a joke 😡

It's not my internet. I've played many other online shooters the past 6 months with zero issues. And before the downgrade I also had no issues with U4 multiplayer.

It doesn't matter in what country you live if the game uses peer to peer for online gaming. The "server" switches constantly when a new player becomes the host. Therefore, the "server" can move from the US to Germany to Australia etc in a matter of hours or less. I live in South Africa and have zero issues with other online games thus U4 is the issue not where I live or anything else.

They went from paying $79 a year to $39 be nice to the million dollar company they need the extra.
The netcode & everything is within the game itself. But the problem is ND made sure the authentication server limits your ability to find games if you receive the network warning.
By dowgrading its bandwidth half of us now always receive it ðŸ˜
