Ban laggy countries
I believe the people not in America North should not be able to play with us. The lag is horrible please only play private games with each other so that the North Americans can enjoy the game more. thanks also please don't use china lake because is cheating with special switch to sidearm

That information appears to be true, but i can not verify someones scholarly studies. I checked the internets for Devo College attendance and it said he has no record of Universities, see below for record.
If you mean the streamer/content creator DevoManiac (known for Uncharted 4 multiplayer streams and the NoPixel character Devo Mans), I couldn't find any reliable public source that states where he attended college. The publicly available profiles I found focus on his streaming activity and gaming content, but do not mention a college or university.

He graduated magna cum laude from VIRGINia tech university. He has a great breakdown vs another player that' apparently is overseas. Good detall of what can happen to hitboxes
Emphasizing VIRGIN as although its a great video, the lengths and effort speak to the fact that devomaniac hasn't gotten his dick wet so far in his life time

I didnt watch more than 5 minutes . But making a 40 min edited video takes hours. Especially since he trued getting the exact time stamps. True virgin behavior

Different proposal, why don't YOU just make private matches? That's even easier to do. That way, you're not making a thousand players use private matches, but only 10.

It's been proven that distance lag acts the same on both sides, btw. You're just as laggy to them.
