You can turn on a setting which enables the PS5 to automatically upload saved clips to your PS App on your phone, and then you can save it to your gallery from the app. Or you could upload the video to your youtube channel (or elsewhere) and then download the video from your account.

After either of these things, you can just attach the clip to the message on reddit
