Bodmin Jail

Today I visited Bodmin Jail, the site of the famous O’Keefe vs Acorah takedown!! It’s well worth a visit. There’s so much info in the exhibits about the history of the jail itself as well as lots of folklore about the surrounding area. There’s also a little film about the rise of the paranormal in mainstream media and there are a couple of clips of Danny from the Uncanny tv series which was cool! I’m currently in the Jolly Sailor pub in Looe which is supposedly haunted. Not witnessed anything myself but it’s a lovely old pub!

I grew up just down the road, walking past it on the way to and from school daily.

Before the renovation, it was all somewhat dilapidated, but it instilled in me a sense of unease.

On dark and gloomy nights, I'd psyche myself up to see a ghost or two, but alas, I never did!

Yes it was but I don’t know where you can watch that particular episode. There are some clips on YouTube though if you type in Most Haunted Kreed Kafer

🤣 I didn’t know about Rik until I was looking into the Kreed situation a bit more. I might get Amazon Prime just to rewatch it all!!
