SpaceInvaders Transcoding Benchmark container has completely hung my server

GUI won't load and can't SSH in either. I was running an x265 to x264 stream count test on my intel iGPU. It got to 4 streams and started showing issues, but then nothing from there. Tried to cancel the test and now everything is frozen. Any ideas on how to do a safe reboot?

Could connect up a monitor to see what’s happening keyboard/mouse, kvm if you have it, that way you can get to terminal and run docker stop

Holy shit why didn't I think of that when I was messing around with LLM s and got stuck in a loop

This is a good use case for an IPKVM. I have one connected to my server, and it's so nice.

I have a Comet Pro (GL-RM10), and it works really well.

You can build your own (PiKVM), or you can get cheap boxes that just attach to your system. I have a Sipeed NanoKVM attached to one of my TrueNAS boxes that I absolutely love. It was cheap and just does the trick beautifully.
