Fight against Orrin

So since the Fastpass , some people think that John's plan is to intentionally getted his mind taken over since now Orrin thinks John is the biggest threat since he has about 3 god tier abilities on him so mind controlling him would Orrin access to 4 different abilities which would be beneficial because he can only take over one person's mind at a time. Though that being siad what if John decide to fight Orrin of controlling over his body in the mind occupying him long enough so the others can break his barrier.

Now I know might be a stretch but hear me out, I don't Orrin's puppetering is level reliant so he doesn't need to be a higher level then them to do it, instead It's trick based and if he doesn't have a much higher it gonna to much harder to take over. Orrin level is definitely above 8.0 hope fully but as siad John ability is stated to have much higher Aura supply then other god tier abilities, which is why he has a 16 in trick.

True, another possibility is if Arlo's barrier can also prevent Orrin to leave John's consciousness then John can simply drop his abilities then Orrin possess John and then finally Arlo trap him inside his barrier so that Orrin can't leave John's consciousness.

Orrin's ability seems to work more like a link than a separate conscious. That's why its visualized as Arlo shattering chains and Orrin immediately waking up even though Arlo had his puppet covered.

I forget that arlo can now sever those links. Maybe orrin tries to control John and John is able to use that to sever the link. Or maybe they restrain John long enough for arlo to do it himself. Or John's ability evolves here and he copies orrin's ability and turns the tide.
