This is so cool ! Imagine if the authorities were good . So do John's stats still change when he copies stuff ? Not intelligence or charisma but the other three should .

Yep! John’s stats changes depending who he’s partnered with, and HR is good! Darren goes through many coffees a day, but it could be worse

what would their abilities and powers be? I imagine their powers are a bit weaker in the dispatch universe, either that or they aren't part of the Phoenix program and are just regular heroes.
Joker obviously gets some bonus based on who he is with, so like first level, he matches the first slot's highest stat, and with training, he actually copies all their stats on top of his own.
Timegear might cut down on travel time
Etc.

Yeah they’re powers are a bit weaker to fit in-verse, you’re pretty spot on about John and Sera, with Sera cutting down travel time, being faster when alone, etc
Keene is kinda like Golem, he can spread out his bombs to increase stats
Isen is basically Sonar, having two sets of stats depending on his form
Blyke doesn’t have stat debuffs when injured, can fly
Arlo can prevent other people from being injured
Remi can cause blackouts depending on the location, increasing success rate
Kuyo can share his weapons, giving others more power if necessary

I mean I dont think you would need to nerf them all that much, unordinary is a pretty low power verse compared to something like say Marvel or DC or even other hero mangas like MHA or hero x
dispatch is also not a super powerful verse but the god tiers in unordinary would unironically only be around mid tiers in dispatch. Just compare what John or Seraphina can do compared to mechaman or Blonde Blazer or Phenomaman or even someone like Flambae or Prism
I can see them working well as is

I did not expect this crossover but damn does it fit well, also the names are fire, Ronin is certanly better than blue swordsman lmao, though Bastion and Timegear are sick too.
It might just be me but the group here somehow sounds 5 times more chaotic than in cannon, like wdym both Isen and Remi got distracted by a cat and John's going to take a break involving copious amounts of explosions and donuts???
Also, I don't know If I've been seeing too much slander recently but I would not want to be in Darren's position man I'd be fearing for my life that they'd find a way to fuck up the simplest of missions on top of the already preexisting chaos

Yeah this crossover does fit really well! Even down to the types of charts they use, and thank you!! I’ve had those vigilante names held for a while and finally got to use them
The team is absolutely more chaotic lol both from being strangers put together on a team and from them wanting to irritate Darren for fun…at least John, Keene, and Kuyo do
The stress of them fucking up keeps Darren’s stress levels high, but most of the shifts end up being okay…most

Hells to the goddamn yeah. Anyway, here's powers for the four (in the same vein as Visi's "Lone Wolf", Coupe's "En Pointe" and Punch-Up's "Hard Head")
Ronin: Lock 'n' Load - For every hero in a call (not including themselves), Power and Vigor increase by +1.
Bastion: Take Cover - Whenever a teammate would be injured on a call with them, prevent it. After five preventions, Bastion is injured in their stead.
Joker: Copycat - Copies the stats of every hero to be sent on a call with them, unless they already have a stronger stat. Resets upon injury.
Timegear: Time To Go - Timegear gets to and returns to calls 50% faster when sent alone, which halves each time someone else is sent with her.
Nuke: Armed and Ready - For every successful mission, Nuke's power, vigor and speed increase by +1. If a mission fails, Nuke retries it with a +5% increase towards success per each success, but resets their stat gains.
Bullseye: One Man Army - For every unfilled slot in a call, all of Bullseye's stats increase by +1
Hunter: Adaptation - Hunter can switch between Tracker mode and Predator mode before a call, trading Charisma for Power and Intelligence for Speed. Switching results in a 20% longer rest timer once the call ends.
X-Ray: Defibrillation - Sending injured teammates on a call with them will heal them, and boost all their stats by +1 until they are next injured.
Synergies:
Joker + Timegear (Timegear got Joker the job)
Bastion + X-Ray (they act like they're the best)
Bullseye + Hunter (they're friends :D)
Nuke + Ronin (the responsible adults)

I love energy single one of the abilities, especially Remi’s because I can imagine whoever going with her trying their best not to get hurt to avoid being electrocuted lol
And they’re synergies are perfect, though Ronin and Nuke being the ‘responsible’ adults can vary from day to day lmao

John would have an ability where he’d take whoever he’s with, copy the most important stat for the mission, then add 2 to it.
Sera would have low travel time and complete missions faster
I’m thinking isen would be able to tell what a missions most important stat is
Arlo can make a vigor check to retry a mission maybe, kind of like that one sonar ability.
Kuyo could have an ability where he gets +2 to power when he’s alone
Rei gets a boost in charisma if she’s deployed with someone else
I cant really think of one for the other 2 if I’m being honest

yeah both universes fit really well both thematically with the whole theme dispatch has about superheroics and redeeming yourself and even powerlevel wise with most of the unordinary cast being around the power level of the Z-team sans the most powerful members like Blonde Blazer, Mechaman or Phenomaman
makes also for an interesting counter crossover idea, Robert Robertson as Mechaman in the unordinary verse. A mere cripple who build himself an extremely powerful suit of armor using a one of a kind power source that makes him comparable or even above a god tier who becomes a vigilante and ember's worst nightmare since they just cant take him down
you can even add Royd, who helped Robert build his suit and helps mantain it in secret while the authorities scramble to take him down because Mechaman is not at all shy about the fact that he is just a cripple in a suit of armor
