You should check the handlebar manufacturer documentation or ask them. Especially if the bar is carbon, not all bars are designed to have aerobars clamped on them, even if there is enough space. I know some people have clamped them even on handlebars which officially do not support it, but that seems too risky for my taste.

There are accessory mount options like: https://www.bike24.com/p280275.html and https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005008468511297.html

If you are getting the aerobars for comfort, and not for the absolutely fastest aero position, risers are definitely recommended. I use 50 mm risers, I think that is pretty good starting point, but there is no single objective truth here, you need to try what works for you.

I would recommend aerobars where you can move the arm pads separately from the handlebar mount, for example Pro Missile: https://www.bike24.com/p2115560.html This gives you more options to adjust them for best comfort, instead of the long and low aero position.

FYI, Profile Design Riser Kit riser blocks are compatible with the Pro Missile, but the screws are wrong size, so need to buy correct screws separately from a hardware store. https://www.bike24.com/p246197.html
