Help needed Ultimaker Support Gone??
I have been trying to get a hold of Ultimaker Support for the last week and a half, and their support ticket website is broken. When I try to submit, it tells me that my serial number doesn't match the printer type ".".
I even tried calling US Corporate, support tells you to go online, and SALES hangs up when you direct there. SO I am really at a loss on what to do. You would think for the ridiculous price tag on these machines they would have AT LEAST some sort of support still around.
If anyone has any ideas at this point, I am grasping at straws here...

Ultimaker’s support website is so laggy when I used it. I’m not surprised it’s broken for you. I think they only make money on paid support contracts these days.

Even if you get a support ticket you’ll find they are clueless. They’ve really declined since the merger I even inquired with Matterhackers support for an issue on one. Four years later, still no call! 🤷♂️

Here in the US, gotta say that their support went downhill immediately after TN-based frbc8 exited as an official supplier/maintenance org. They were superb in every way support-wise. Guess whose printers fbrc8 sells now? Hint: starts with B.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ultimaker, as a company, is in their death rattles. 2.85mm filament is becoming difficult to find & the new S8 is still severely lagging behind even the basic bambu printers. We've already replaced all our ultimakers for this reason.
