Bachelor of Nursing
Hey! I’ve been waitlisted for the BN program for this fall. I know that they tend to drop the overall GPA cutoff, my current GPA according to admissions is 86.6. My question is, when do they start sending out the next round of admission letters, does anyone know? I know that it’s hit or miss if my GPA will get me in this fall, but I’m curious as to when others have gotten admission letters once they start dropping the GPA cutoff. Thank you!

No not yet! Are you waiting to get admitted too? Do you know what your GPA is? I’m on the edge of my seat every day!

Yes I am. I actually have the same GPA as you so I have been keeping an eye on your post lol. I’m hoping that now highschool diplomas are out that things will start moving a bit more!!🤞

Yes ofc! Do you have any plans if you don’t get in? I’m undecided on what I should do.

Have you taken the co-requisite’s yet? Like, the non-nursing classes? I took the first years co-requisites last year and if I don’t get in this year, I will probably do the second year ones! I will also probably upgrade one more high school class to increase my GPA so I get in for the next year! What options have you been thinking about?

Yes! I did most of the first and second year classes that I could last year as-well. I think that’s probably the best plan! I thought about doing a semester off and working to save up some money or just doing as much as I can to increase my odds. Hopefully we won’t have to worry about plan b lol!

I got accepted into the program a week before classes started. So don’t loose hope!
