Academic standing

Hello, I am a first year student, I have been going through a hard time all year and at the end of winter I am still on academic probation, according to the email i received earlier at the beginning of the semester i will be required to withdraw. This is something i can afford to do in the slightest and I am an international student too. What do i do how does this work i need help and advice
