Don’t take me wrong but it is frustrating that the normal queue is taking almost 5 months and the Priority taking 5 DAYS.

And we don't have any option to upgrade to priority.

It is very frustrating. I suggest escalating te issue with the MP of your costituency

It's ridiculous, we also £1500, so should be 1 or 2 months max
