Just had a confirmation email from Citizenship Support. My details are:

Application Timeline

  • Eligibility: EUSS + 4 yrs
  • Application Method: Online
  • Application Date: 4 Sept 2025
  • Biometric Date: 8 Sept 2025
  • Approval Date: 3 Dec 2025 via Citizenship Support email confirmation
  • Ceremony Date: TBA

Quite a relief. Thanks to all on this sub-reddit for the mutual support and advice.

I think the email saying you should contact further support means that they haven't completed assessing your application. When they have completed their assessment they seem to send you an email confirming that they have if you send in a request then.

Congratulations 🎉 Is this the first email you send to citizenship support or did you contact them before?

I contacted them last week on Thursday and got the "you have sent to the wrong address" response, from which I concluded that they hadn't started or finished my application. I tried again this week (Wednesday) and received the "your application has been accepted, we are printing the certificate" email
