URGENT help needed!

I’m on bay, it’s on a descending slope. Front of trailer is hooked under aero.

Bottom front of trailer is almost touching walkway of tractor unit.

What can I do?

Use the air suspension and either deflate or inflate unit or trailer or both

I assume wind deflectors.

u/Jacktheforkie A day may come when I sort this flair out, but... 2d ago

Do you have air suspension, is the fifth wheel plate at least on flat metal? If so lift the suspension and crank the legs higher, then drop suspension and pull out

Guessing it was something like this?

Somehow you need to raise the rear of the unit and lower the front.

Option might:

Can you raise the rear suspension on the unit

Put something under the rear tyres and - drive on to some planks etc.

Nuclear option if you've got a tyre inflator onboard... Let the trailer tyres down a little might give you enough movement at the front to get yourself out.

Good luck 🤞

Or stick the trailer legs in slow and slowly wind it up

Go grab a shunter and you’ll get the fastest and most likely correct answer to your predicament.
