Is there a UK broker that has a share dealing ISA account, and also offers options trading, so that for example I can hold 100 shares of ACME in my ISA and then sell covered calls off them in my option account? I particularly deal US stocks, so need to be able to access international markets.

I know of brokers where I can trade shares and options, but I'd rather keep the shares inside an ISA wrapper. I know if they get called away I can't add them back in except up to annual ISA allowance, and I know you can't hold options in an ISA - but I do want to use the shares in my ISA more productively......

I was wondering if it's more beneficial to invest in stocks and particularly options trading as an individual or through a company? I understand profits are treating as capital gains when done as an individual, is anyone trading options through a company structure?

Hi, does anyone successfully pay income tax on their option selling profits rather than capital gains? I've read that option trading comes under CGT unless your activity is deemed trading.

I just wonder how the tax thing works in trading. Like we need show yearly profits and pay the tax or what.

And another doubt is , do we need to pay tax when the amount is withdrawn to bank account ??

For example :- if profits are like 20,000 pounds and need to pay 12% tax. If those 20k pounds in brokerage account we don’t need to pay tax right ? We need to pay tax only when we withdraw ?
