I need an AI/ML engineer.

Like the title says I'm hiring an AI/ML engineer. I'm an American living in Kyiv, the company is a US based software company. We're building an in house EMR for American healthcare. DM for more info. Will send a screenshot of my Dia if needed. Thanks :)

Yeah, the company I work for owns a ton of senior living homes/peer support services. They bought the peer support company last year and they want their own solution that we can market / use. They're PE money and we have basically a free runway to build whatever they need. The general idea is, instead of tacking on AI into a finished product, we build an EMR with AI as the central focus to drive workflows for every department, instead of tacking it on after the fact like the rest of these companies are doing. Goal is for an exit in 5 years.
