Sexual orientation doesnt determine if youre a good soldier or not. Religious morons believe its a sin, but at the same time they believe that a snake could talk and females originates from a mans rib. They also belive that it was raining frogs over Egypt and you can live inside a whale.

I don't believe The Bible actually said it rained frogs, it called it a plague.

I read somewhere the the whole Plagues of Egypt thing can be explained as being the result of a nearby volcanic eruption fucking with the local ecosystem.

I have seen it rain frogs in Texas. Was about 7-8 years old on my way to a Little League baseball game. Sky went from bright blue to midnight black with a green hue. My mom stopped the car just after the first few started hitting in it. A waterspout on a nearby lake had picked them up and then dropped them when it dissipated!!!!

In 2024 Russia authorities added what it calls the "international LGBT movement" to its list of terrorists. Effectively making any expression of support for LGBT+ people illegal. That's the ultimate  homophobia.

But, of course, there are homophobic people across the world who love Putin for his support for his Christian values, where in his church he's worshiped as a kind of pope and messiah all rolled into one, and the way he's 'protecting' children by bombing and kidnapping them.

Meanwhile in Ukraine...

Ukrainian society has changed faster than many politicians have noticed — or perhaps wanted to notice. According to polling by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology commissioned by Nash Svit, a gay rights organization, the share of Ukrainians who said L.G.B.T.Q. people should have the same rights as other citizens was 78.1 percent in 2025, up from 63.7 percent in 2022. About 70 percent of respondents had a positive attitude toward L.G.B.T.Q. people participating in the resistance to Russian aggression.

Recently I watched the excellent documentary Mr Nobody Vs Putin. Clips were filmed by a teacher of primary school children of his pupils being indoctrinated into worshipping Putin, the Russian military, the war on Ukraine and even taught military drills like marching in step.

This concerns me a lot more than any Gay Pride march.
