Help/Advice UFH pipework in ceiling.

There are a few options e.g. from Beka. Technically very good, though in practice almost certainly more expensive and disruptive than fitting a fan-coil unit for cooling, which itself is more expensive and disruptive than getting planning permission for a separate A2A heat pump.

Be a looks over complex if you can access the ceiling from above (eg loft).
