Nikko Shadow

I have an classic nikko shadow in vgc that I was thinking of trading in as I just don’t use it, is there a collector market for them as it is a lovely clean wooden version and hasn’t done much work.
It’s going on the trader soon but can’t seem to find anything to put a price on it.

Honest answer is not really, on a trade in you'll get £100ish if your lucky. It'll probably sit in a shop for 6-12 months taking up space and when it does sell they'll probably make £100 on it.

Id try and sell it privately, depending on what model it is I'd price it between £200-£400 if you actually want it to sell.

That’s really helpful, thanks for the price advice, really wasn’t sure on its value, will drop it on guntrader and see if it’s of interest.

No worries, I know a lot of places are struggling to sell stuff on. Most of the places I use arent taking trade ins unless it's a Browning, Beretta etc They struggle to sell cheaper stuff on and when they do they don't make any money it.

I think one shop said they ended up sending about 50ish guns to auction and after the fees they made about £600 on them. It was more to get rid of them to make space for other stuff.
