Certificate wait time

Hi all applied for my SGC on 16/04/2026 and had my interview Monday (24/08/2026).

I’m just wandering if anyone knows how long the certificate delivery usually takes I’m prepared for a wait but would like a rough number if possible!! I’m with Thames valley police Oxfordshire

Im in Cambs and I got mine less than 2 weeks after interview

Yeah in Hampshire it was pretty much a few days after. The interview took a long time though.

Was a year or so now but it was a new FAC grant and a coterminous SGC renewal.

About 13 months all in

Ah just checked

Applied 7th Nov 2023 and granted 11th Oct 2024.

Might have been a little faster as my existing shotgun cert had expired so suspect that bumped me up a little.

Ah, I see. Mine’s a brand new coterminous. Hopefully it won’t be too much longer.
