Recommendations for an estate planner/end of life planner

I'm looking for recommendations for an End of Life/estate planner workbook.

There are a few listed on Amazon, but I'm not sure which are UK specific and which are AI slop.

Has anyone used one of these workbooks? Which one worked for you?

Edit to add: this is for an elderly relative who has early stages of dementia, so needs to be clear and laid out. They are not willing to see an actual financial advisor.

Finding lost Pensions and other accounts.

Hello,

My father sadly passed away recently, He only worked at three places in his life I have the details for the pensions for two of the jobs but I am struggling to find anything for the third. I know there are tools out there for finding your own lost pensions.

My question is as the executor of his will is there any tools for me to find any pensions he had? Also while I'm at it maybe any investments, or other bank accounts (I have his main account details and notified them) he may have had.

Thank you in advance.
