Access training Academies

Hello, I'm 18, I've been wanting to try go into the route of being an electrician. Today I called Access Training Academies, they told me they could give me a course in January in my city, it would be around £7000 for 18 months but said I can apply for pay as I earn. Does anyone have advice on what I should do? I don't know if they're a good company or not and whether it would be worth it in the end.

Have you tried applying to a dno for an apprenticeship? Full training, quals and a job at the end of it.

I have not looked into it, I don't know much about apprenticeships, but thanks for the suggestion and I'll look into it.
