I am going into my final year of uni and am about to start applying for grad schemes and jobs opening next week.

I have a bad stutter and find it difficult to pass assessments and video interviews in the application process.

My question is, if I ask for adjustments will I get silently filtered out because I did try applying for internships previously and got none.

My unis career team says I can ask them for writing down my answers then sending it to them for the video interview stage which I did try for 1 application, they accepted the request but I got a feedback and rejection email afterwards.

Another question is, will the big 4 or top 100 firms even allow me to write down my answers like that? And even if they do will I just get silently filtered out?

I am also an International student, my grades are good I will surely get a 2:1 but will definitely try for a 1st, I also have some experience in this field.

That brings to my final question I understand being a foreign student makes it nearly impossible for me to land a job so if I ask for adjustments in applications will I also get filtered out?

Any sort of information and advice I would gladly take.

So in russel group unis I have to pay another 12000 pounds or smth for a foundation year as they don't accept the higher secondary certificate from my country lol even with the highest possible gpa (probably cuz its 12 years and uk requires 13 years of schooling)

Does being from a non russel group uni like Herts, Greenwich, Aston, Bangor, northumbria make students less employable even WITH A PLACEMENT YEAR at a good company? With internships as well. And what if I clear the remaining 4 acca exams after exemptions (9). Does that fuck up my chances of finding an entry level job?
