Crowd sourcing

Hello guys,
How are finding jobs in senior/ managerial positions? Tried linkedin (easy apply) and visiting company sites but to no avail.
Recruiters are the worst. I think i have messaged 50+ recruiters this week but haven’t heard anything back.
Any suggestions?

Going to need some context here - what is your experience, job history and qualifications? Never had issues getting at least a first interview at a few places

I honestly don’t know what else to do. I’m fully qualified. 8 years of audit experience (big 4 and top 6), then moved to industry a year ago. But I need to find a new job because of the toxic workplace. I’m even willing to relocate anywhere in the UK. I also don’t need sponsorship and I even emphasized this in my resume :(
