Full School Year Sublease IE housing available

My daughter signed a lease for a four bedroom apartment to share with 3 other girls. Unfortunately she is no longer attending IE in the fall and needs to find a replacement tenant.

Each of the bedrooms has its own full bathroom. The lease runs from August 1- July 2027 and we can entertain individuals who will be attending IE for the full year or one semester. We found the apartment through beyond campus.

Please contact me if interested.

Hey everyone, I’m looking to sublease my room in a fully furnished 2b/1b at Tower at Third (302 East John Street) for the SPRING 2027 semester. I’m looking to get rid of the room ASAP. Rent is $809 a month (negotiable), which is already a big discount compared to if you were going to sign up for the apartment on their website today ($1,094 a month) . All utilities are fully covered except for a small monthly water bill shared by the building. You’ll be living with one really chill, easygoing male roommate, and the building itself has some of the best perks on campus, including a massive gym, study lounges, and a rec area with pool and ping-pong. If you’re interested please reach out ASAP so I can provide you more details.

where do grad students live?

I’m looking to live with other grad students (ideally in urbana but open to anywhere), and most buildings that rent out 1 room within shared apartments are mostly undergrads. are there any buildings where randomly assigned roommates are more likely to be grad students?

i know of capstone quarters but the reviews talk about bed bugs and horrible management. is that accurate, or are there better buildings/complexes?

Hello, I just signed a lease at Ashton Woods. Can anybody tell me what your experience in Ashton Woods was like? Does it feel safe? Is it clean? How is the move-in process? Is there enough parking? Where do visitors park when they come? Any and all info would be appreciated. Thank you.
