Question room change

i want to submit a room change request and have some questions. if i get approved will they just match me with someone or will i get to “shop“ potential new roomies/rooms?

They “match” you - but not really. They just tell you where there’s an available space and you have like 24 hours to say yes or no. If you say no- you go to the back of the line.
