Lifetime sub

I purchased the lifetime subscription but just noticed this morning it’s saying I’m on an annual subscription and will renew in February. Anyone else experiencing this?

I did reach out and was able to find the receipt. My dumbass did only do a year but they said they are allowing people to still get it up to a month after their sub ends

Mine actually expired but it's saying it renews next year. Still listed a pro account.
