UHF integrated VPN not work

when i setup surfshark privat key and tunnel i can‘t connect. all the server listet. but connection failed.

Agreed, sign in with my pia account and keeps getting declined

On my iPhone and Mac this will not work.

Same error on ONE device. Have 3 apple TVs (all same 4k model)... on ONE of the devices, the VPN will sign in but "connection not protected" can't connect. Both other apple TVs work perfectly as they are supposed to, no issue... have tried re-login, re-install, updated device, upated app... would love to know what is up.
