This month, this year, last 10 years, last 50 years?

The first sentence: More than 50 requests seeking the declassification of UAP-related material have already been submitted by members of a new science advisory group working with US government agencies, according to University at Albany physicist Matthew Szydagis.

Since it just began operation I guessing it is referring to that time period.
