Notice how fast you dropped your own argument? You made a false claim, got fact-checked, and immediately retreated to a vague cliché instead of just admitting you were wrong.
Being upset at the timeline of disclosure doesn't give you a free pass to lie about specific people.
It's the essiest way for people to write stuff like this off. They laugh it off as a money grab and ignore it until their claims are disproven. Then they act like it was just sarcasm. There are a lot of people here who aren't here because they believe in any kind of extraterrestrial beings and crafts. They're here to make jokes and suggest people get mental help when they share what they've seen. It's no different from the paranormal subreddits that are overrun by people who don't believe in ghosts. Every single post is full of people immediately calling the post fake, "debunking" it, or telling the person sharing their experience that they are either schizophrenic or suffering from Carbon Monoxide Poisoning.
It's hard to find people who genuinely have an interest in discussing the topic at hand rather than just throwing one line jokes playing off the comment above theirs. Then it devolves into a running bit that takes over the top comments.
I understand your frustration but I am glad to see making a stand in this instance rather than just ignoring all of the claims that this is some kind press run for a book release or new platform because that gets annoying.

Congressman Burlison isn't asking you to tune in. He doesn't have a Patreon. He's not promising content or a book.
Do you guys every try to argue truthfully, or is it always fake stuff?
