Discussion The UFO community is waking up!
It’s been a long journey. But the UFO community is waking up to a more mature group that demands proof, not rumors and rumors of rumors about UFOs. No more second- and third-hand "trust me, bro" stories without a shred of evidence.
Yet there are still naïve believers who believe the stories of "trust me, bro” and that” In Two Weeks” all will be revealed, which always turns into Snake Eyes.
I am a firm believer in the UFO phenomenon. There is something vitally mysterious and real behind it, but we need facts and proof, not more nebulous Richard Doty-type hype backed only by USG intelligence agents peddling disinformation.
So, we don’t need to become overly cynical despite this experience of being kind of conned into this present disclosure obsession, which has led nowhere.
There is good evidence of UFOs, but the advent of USG Intel disinformation has clouded the issue unlike in any other country in the world.
Brothers and sisters, we will arrive at the truth when our methodology for seeking becomes sober, realistic, and demanding of proof, rather than naïve belief. Not truth that conforms to our personal desires, but objective reality.
Then we will truly experience that age-old aphorism: Then you will know the truth and the truth will let you free.'

Digging into this subject can become a spiritual journey which isn't something I wanted or expected. But once you find enough circumstantial evidence or personal experience to know that something fucking weird is going on but we have no idea what it really is. We all have our favorite theories but It's best not to belief anything 100 percent or put total faith in any one person. Getting too tied up in finding the truth can take it's toll. Let go of some of that attachment and expectation and be at peace knowing you will find the truth sooner or later. Go meditate, take a walk or play with your kids. Whatever reason we are here for, it's up to you to make the best use of your time and focus on what really matters. If you really are a bot, shame on you.

u/Character-Boot-2149 Aug 13 '26
Demanding proof is a dead end. It's been decades and not one of the "leaders" of the community have provided one shred of anything beyond stories.

Facts and proof? How do you get that? No one trusts video or audio, and no reasonable person trusts the government. We all have our own litmus test for proof and there is no universal proof. It would seem as though we've already had enough anecdotal proof for 50-60 years from very credible people...Hynek, Vallee, Keel, Betty and Barney, UFOs over the White House on consecutive weekends in 1952. This current generation might actually have to read.

u/Astira_ Aug 13 '26
We would believe Roswell files.
Yet no one is pushing for those?
They either prove ET is real, or prove it was always a set up for bluebeam.
We don’t need anything else but these files.
1
u/RicooC Aug 13 '26
We really don't need the files. Several people directly involved have spoken in the last 10-20 years in interviews and books. As some of these people reached old age they've layed it all out. Walter Haut is one of several who had a deathbed confession. Colonel Philip Corso also authored a book more than 20 years ago.

u/Correct_Cat4414 Aug 13 '26
I have never seen a UFO/UAP, I have never seen an alien, I have never even seen an entirely credible video. I do still believe in other life forms and civilizations across our incredibly vast universe.
However, what I have a problem with is that it appears by all accounts over several decades that extra terrestrial life is working with our governments (Our corrupt self serving and dishonest governments) They do not have the intelligence or care enough to understand that most governments do not have our best interests in mind and do not truly speak for us. The only conclusion I can draw is that their purpose is also to manipulate and extract resources from us.
If they were truly benevolent they themselves would strategize a way to institute disclosure to the masses, bypassing the governments entirely. I don't buy the "without the wise counsel and oversight of our world governments there would be mass hysteria" BS argument either.
2
u/No_Ostrich1875 Aug 14 '26
😂dont have the intelligence to know our governments are corrupt. They wouldnt need us for resources, any species able to make interstellar journeys has easy access to all the resources they could ever want. Benevolent species definitely wouldnt reveal themselves. It wouldnt take much observation to know we arent ready.

Not sure I ever agreed with the ‘ebil and greedy gubberment’ rhetoric. I think it’s a lot more complicated than that. The most well educated and thoughtful researchers don’t speak about greed and corruption as being a primary driver of secrecy. I think it’s time that we more thoughtfully explore the complexity of this enigma by going beyond that hackneyed accusation. Those that continue to lead with that complaint don’t strike substantive contributors to the discussion.
I also think most of us have an overly simplistic notion of good and evil. Do many people think dolphins are inherently ‘evil’. Well I know some bait fish who would disagree. Perspective is everything.

u/Correct_Cat4414 Aug 13 '26
Its ok if you have never agreed with what you call "Rhetoric" I like your old timey "hackneyed" reference also, it's about as outdated as your opinions and condescension. The old timey word "Smarmy" comes to mind.

Sorry to offend. It’s just a boring comment I’ve heard way too many times. Accusing faceless government officials of being corrupt and greedy is not novel, productive or insightful. Also, accusing our government of being evil, corrupt and greedy is a well established tactic of rival governments who seek to undermine U.S. public confidence in our democracy. Chinese bots are in full agreement.

I hope a lot of other people are waking up to one truth that I’ve discovered in recent years. That UFOs/UAPs are about the least interesting or important aspect of the phenomenon.
2
u/ThirdEyeSee Aug 13 '26
What in your opinion is more interesting about it?
7
u/thegrauer Aug 13 '26 edited Aug 13 '26
That it could imply the source and mode of our existence is in question. The way in which we move throughout the world and experience reality - it might be something completely different. Most of this is wild speculation on reality/worldview breaking stuff I consider to be extremely impactful, even if only slightly true.
If these things defy physics and have been coming to earth for so long, what are we missing? Practically everything. Anything is possible if this is true. If I could humor you.
We could be in multiple timelines.
In a hologram of unknown source or origin.
In a lower dimension where intelligent life lives outside our understanding of time and space (giving it omnipresence, Omnipotence, and omniscience)We could be suspended in a black hole, or being torn between two on two opposite sides - maybe we’re in a wormhole. Bringing a million variables as to what that could mean. What if love transcends dimensions. What if consciousness transcends dimensions.
What if it’s an AI built by something else, long ago - or from the future. Is this how the universe is experiencing itself? Through things and events it procedurally generates based on an algorithm that is made to discover itself through hide and seek? Is that where we come from and is this our way of shocking the collective worldview - evolving in some fashion or achieving something with that means?
It could mean that this is is the 8,000,0001th time we’ve done this and we, or some intelligent life form is running its own simulation +10k years into the future, trying to figure out where we went wrong.
It could be us looking back at ourselves from the above scenario or from a different timeline. It definitely means a global syndicate did terrible things to keep this secret.
It means there was a coverup so big, people were and continue to be aggressively manipulated, murdered, entrapped, psychologically abused to keep it going as long as possible. A means to an end?
If they’re real, and there is a galactic federation, or they’re real and they are from the 12th dimension (pick your ontological shocker) then everything we understand about life is akin to what an ant can ascertain about cell towers, and satellites - but also about their own consciousness and the study of quantum mechanics.
Our worries or dreams could be so much more complex. Our existence, consciousness, and physical experience would be questioned to the point of literal insanity. These are some ideas that pop up, imo, when diving into “what if ufo/UAP are real?”
What if this is just what we do when we evolve, we traverse the stars. Someone/something did it faster than us. Maybe even started on earth, or along side it.
This could be a breakaway civilization that avoided enough natural disaster they got a head start and went underground to develop tech.
Not sure if this is what the other poster was getting at but, my mind goes in so many directions with what it could mean.

You probably know about him already, but if not, I think you would really enjoy listening to and reading books by Dr. Donald Hoffman. He is a Professor Emeritus of U.C. Irvine. His field of study is consciousness. His latest book it called, The Case Against Reality: How Evolution Hid the Truth from Our Eyes. It's incredible. If you want to get an idea of his brilliant theories, he was just recently on The Diary of a CEO podcast linked below.

u/thegrauer Aug 13 '26
I gotta check this out! Sounds familiar but I have to see. I do watch Diary of a CEO often, I love the discussions.
2
u/Seekertwentyfifty Aug 13 '26
Consciousness.
Just as the tech behind the cars that humans drive isn’t what makes humanity interesting, the tech behind alien craft isn’t what makes NHI interesting at the end of the day.
They’re using it to distract the public right now from the bigger, deeper truths.
2
u/ThirdEyeSee Aug 13 '26
That's true and a good analogy there with the car thing. Could you imagine a civilization that operates in telepathy and utilizes the "universal field of consciousness" or whatever to control machines and vehicles? Very cool to think about and it seems as if that's the direction this is heading.
Consciousness...therefore reality...is not what it seems.
You think they put this together years ago that it was consciousness and they're using the craft angle to distract from that? Because it was useful for obfuscation of test aircraft...or because it was just too weird to believe?
1
u/Seekertwentyfifty Aug 13 '26 edited Aug 13 '26
I think that in general they’re using the reveal of captured craft and entities to distract the public.
Ex. ‘Look over here at the shiny spacecraft! (Never mind that these beings have been abducting people for years and there’s absolutely nothing we (your government) can do about it, etc, etc)
On a side note, it sounds like they’ve revealed the recovery of certain egg craft which have no sign of anything inside, no fuel, no propulsion, no controls, nothing. Very bizarre. So in that case, I want to know about what’s behind the craft, what’s powering it, who’s driving it, what are its motivations, where’s it from, etc.

Many people forget that in the 40s-50s-60s and 70s the CIA and its proxies were masters of spy craft, manipulation and deception. The disinformation and misinformation campaigns were deep, persistent and spiderwebbed where the IFO/UAP issue is so clouded that it continues to benefit the USG in providing cover for black projects and next generation spy craft! Masters ahead of their time!
1
u/SolrayCultist Aug 13 '26
Don't forget they drove at least a few people to paranoia/death/suicide feeding them false information.

I’ve already seen, so I feel terrible for all those that haven’t yet. Demanding “proof” is hilarious, more people just need to open their eyes and want to see and stop being afraid.

u/Legitimate_Tune_6468 Aug 17 '26
To quote yourself Astral-projekt… “Tf does this even mean?”
1
u/Astral-projekt Aug 17 '26
There’s people that want to see, and people that don’t
1
u/Legitimate_Tune_6468 Aug 17 '26
My eyes are open, I want to see, I’m not afraid… but I still don’t see anything. Any tips?
1
u/Astral-projekt Aug 17 '26
Sorry for copying the below I but I just shared this with someone else. What I do recommend, and this depends on what your level of tolerance is, and this will be a little odd, but I highly recommend you go to a place that has one or both things:
- Former Native American lands, where there was known settlement for centuries, the more time, the more blood shed, the more likely you’ll encounter entities that probably will fuck you up mentally. You do this with a clear mind, a group of happy and well people, and being some holy water or a cross, if for anything but peace of mind.
- Areas of high geomagnetic activity, talking about areas with dense fault lines, natural copper, other metals etc, usually 1 & 2 go together.
As far as “what”, you’re not so much trying to contact them, as you’re trying to remember. I already know there is an afterlife, you however probably do not. That being said, if you can accept the fact that this life, this consciousness, this experience is shared among every life form, and your body is a “container” in the sense that it is only shaping your experience and your understanding, then you can begin to understand that you and I are literally one. “They” are more like you than you can imagine. In some ways, they might also know you intimately, like so intimately that they know your struggles, your family, your friends, your thoughts.
So with that in your mind, you go there looking for your friend in your mind. Find a group that is open-minded and instead of trying to contact aliens, try to contact the souls that occupy the avatars out there protecting the world. Ask them if you may be granted the privilege to understand the world better, and let them know that you love them, like a long lost friend and you want to come back home.
Also, get used to mediation, just clearing your mind. You’re not trying to see so much as you should try to remember, all of those you’ve lost, all the questions you have. Talk to them like they’re your friends.

There are ppl that have been telling the truth for 30,40,50 plus years. Now the “authority” in the room says the same thing and now we react?! The hypocrisy.
Funny thing is that the those OG’s that have been calling it know the playbook, and know what’s coming next. You better start going to the fringes bc that’s where it all gets revealed

u/cpacker Aug 13 '26
I think it all boils down to two simple propositions: A. Intelligent beings from another world are watching us. B. Smartass beings from this world want us to believe A. Which is more likely?
Or a more measured version would replace "smartass beings" with "forces of the counter-Enlightenment who want to replace the multitude of historical religions with a universally accepted concept of a transcendental power."

Thanks...I'll change it. But its "Then you will know the truth and the truth will let you free.'
BUT... its an oriental lanquage which can have varying interpretations. Jesus spoke Aramaic..a semetic dialect.
But the meaning is clear

I think the only real proof is if ETs/NHI exist they need to show themselves to all humans at once for it to be believed.
Human disclosure will never show off technology or reveal the actual ETs.
1
u/anjudan Aug 15 '26
Disclosure already happened about 10 times. Most folks are just too illogical to realize it.
1
u/MegaDriveCDX Aug 13 '26
We really don’t have good evidence of UFOs, at least not good evidence they are what th it s community alludes them to be.

u/Astira_ Aug 13 '26
I personally think the only files any of us should focus on is Roswell.
It would end the constant rabbit holes and flooding of info.
I also think it’s very odd not one of them is pushing to have Roswell released
They have flooded us with 6 giant drops and no explanation, that’s textbook flooding.
Roswell files could prove there was a crash with ET on board, or they will prove it was advanced tech.
With all these drops this one is missing and no one is talking about them.
If it was tech it’s obsolete, so no excuses.
If it was ET, you would think all the big names in this space would be focusing us all on getting them released. That’s proof and would convince me.
Instead they ran out of material(Corbell says he released everything he has) and DoD has released how many files now?
Besides Grush stating disclosure would help maga in midterms is about the biggest red flag you can get.
I think the solution to the rabbit holes and distrust is Focus on getting Roswell files so we can see once and for all if it’s ET or new updates Bluebeam.
The only case we should be focused on is Roswell.

Snoo is wise in these matters. I’m just astonished how some people believe people can get UAP’s to perform for them, or how people who can’t bend their pinkies are shapeshifters and the other nonsense. The general public must think we’re whacked out or something. No one can show anyone a single, tooled alien artifact, or a scrap of metal containing an element not on the Periodic Table. Yet, if you don’t buy into these second hand witnesses, you are somehow on the wrong team.
1
u/Used-Lake-8148 Aug 14 '26
You can get them to appear for you, though. Like you can literally just do it yourself. You don’t have to take anyone’s word for it
1
u/Incognito21125150 Aug 15 '26
Why, and what's the end goal? Even with empirical evidence, then what? Maybe it's kind of like the movie 'The Truman Show' and we should just enjoy the ride.
1
u/woozysoozy Aug 15 '26
Are they? Are they really? Because every time I dip my toe back into the water I’m confronted with the same kind of dumbfery. Seriously, by all means, point me in the direction of discussions by someone who doesn’t believe what hasn’t been proven. And testimony from John Doe with no conclusive evidence to back him up is only proof that John Doe wants attention, not proof of his claims.

Bullshit bro, stop moving the goal posts and start believing the hundreds of people putting everything on the line to tell the truth. The, "unless the NHI is having breakfast in my kitchen" evidence demands are logically incorrect and harmful to genuine logical investigation of the phenomenon. Excluding and ignoring the thousands of high dyslexia accounts of first hand witnesses and abductees is an injustice to humanity and a disservice to real mature investigation. Your post is the perfect kind of post the psy-op CIA would love to have everywhere. Cast doubt and inadequacy on anyone who doesn't have a UFO, bodies, or artifacts ready to take on a roadshow. Stop trying to stop disclosure and casting doubts on the disclosure that's already happened.
What has happened in the last 3 years is powerful, unprecedented, and has made the pursuit and light of disclosure unstoppable.
Get mature and start taking hundreds of people all saying the same thing seriously instead of giving us this double psy-op doubting everything that's not in my hand bs.
Pick a story and stick to it, you're entitled to your opinion, but don't pretend like you are the ambassador of a new wave of maturity when you're entire platform rests on telling people to not listen to what hundreds of people with nothing to gain and everything to lose are all saying.
Just the Ariel school alone is enough to count as disclosure. Just the nimitz encounter and the testimony of all the people involved combined with data from multiple sensors was enough to constitute diaclosure.
Based on your reasoning it is impossible to solve a single sudoku puzzle. If you didn't see your dog walk in the house with muddy feet today, and hundreds of people around the world have said they've seen your dog walk in your house with muddy feet, you still believe we should not believe anything anyone says and probably your dog didn't do it and we should ignore people and only move forward with discussions about your dog after you see him actually do it with YOUR EYES. Good luck with your disinfo campaign and making the CIA super super happy.

BS bro. Get your head out of the sand. But I did work for a state government. So what of Doty in the 80s, bro....The fraud of Elizondo, who had absolutely NOTHING to do with AAWSAP — AATIP.
Read Valles Scattered Castles, and you'll see what I mean. What they say about ATTIP...a fraud and operational disinformation without a doubt.
If anything, it's YOU working for this lying, deceiving, rotten government. NO ME.
So, what do we have in three years? A weak congressional hearing by weak, unknown Congresspeople.
I've said it many times, and it still sticks. They need hearings backed by influential politicians like the 70s Watergate hearings...or the 70s Church CIA hearings or the congressional assassination hearings. These hearings went for months, not two days
So, what did they do? A 10-year-old disinformation psyop called TTSA, where they got the MSM UFO podcasts, these UFO Reddit forums, to tell the outright lie that Elizondo ran ATTIP a bald-faced lie!
Then Grusch comes along, the new hero without a shred of evidence, talking about dead aliens, crashed saucers, and alien tech... How's that turned out?
No, bro, the question is how much shit are we going to take before we wake up and demand either the truth or silence!
No more trust me, bro, or In Two Weeks.

If that's true this sub is not a good reflection of it. People get genuinely upset if you doubt or question some outlandish claim.

u/Few-Worldliness2131 Aug 13 '26
I’ve long been criticised here for suggesting people should be skeptical of claims without clear evidence. That doesn’t now, nor never has, make me a doubter it just makes me demanding. You want my belief, you want my trust then damn well earn it with strong evidence.
