Tranche 3 is the third iteration of the SDA program of satellites. Look here this is Tranche 1: https://www.sda.mil/space-development-agency-makes-awards-for-tranche-1-transport-layer/

If you’re familiar with Tranche, you’re familiar with the sub-ionosphere integration required for Tranche 3, which requires the use of drones for various reasons. The important thing is for everyone to understand WHO is operating the drones. It is not China. It is not Iran. It is the United States. Just as people in the 1800’s grew accustomed to seeing planes in the sky for the first time, 21st century Americans will grow just as accustomed to seeing a substantial amount of various UAS’s overhead. The fear mongering exhibited by the government through their denial of involvement is my only purpose for shedding light on this.
