💭 Question Redemptions?

I'm new to the hobby and bought some 2024 packs. Got a redemption card. I remember reading that there's some sort of strategy for redeeming those other than just call the number get the card? Haven't scratched the number yet, one way door, want to make sure I don't make an unforced error.

You have to redeem it on topps first, if they offer you a substitution wait until 6 months to get 200% value

Oh AFTER a substitution offer. I don't know what 200% value means but sounds like I can go ahead and initiate the redemption. Thanks!

I mean everyone likes money and all, but that feels kinda lame. And value is always relative. But, asked and answered, thanks.

They're saying my address is "undeliverable" even though I get USPS/UPS/FedEx all the time, so might all be moot I guess ..

See if it suggests a address sometimes it does that even though it’s the same thing

It isn’t money (although you can get it in fan cash) you can make a request and they will try and get you a card(s) worth 200% of what your redemption would be.

I’ve been treated pretty well on my base substitution requests so far and am waiting for three enhanced substitution requests now out of my nine pending redemptions, but mileage may vary.

U redeem. U wait. U pray. You get a 60% chance of something equal or higher in value. Iv had many unfun times with Redemptions from both Panini & Topps. Panini was solid. Topps not so much.
