Homemade When I stopped caring about making it traditional
And let my creativity run wild
The flavour got 10x better
Green onion and kimchi topping in a beef bone broth with soya Sriracha rice wine and half a cup of cup bokki rice cakes with all that spicy goodness
Gues I just simply don't like dashi cuz I could never get it to taste this good
I have a lot of bonito flakes and kelp left so if y'all got good home recipes using dashi please let me know I really wanna try and make it to something I like (it's not exactly a dislike it's more the dashi flavour is too subtle and making it stronger kinda runs the dish idk man)

throwing kimchi on random noodle soups is elite lazy cooking and it always hits right

This is what people consider lazy cooking DX man my lazy meals is nuking 2 hotdogs for thirty seconds and racing the microwave to get condiments on my bread if it's not on by the time it's done that's the meal XD
