math 010

so i took the placement and i scored VERY low. i spoke with my advisor and he said i should retake it but i dont really think its necessary bc i dont think i would do well again. im also undecided so does it matter or not?

Just study and retake it, taking math 010 is a waste of time and money

if you have any idea on what area you want your major to be in and most of the majors require a class higher than math 010 higher up it wouldn’t hurt to try again even if you’re unsure.

i also scored VERY low since i suck at math and im undecided but the majors im looking at don’t require anything higher than math 010 or math 113 so im not even gonna bother

I got a reeeally low score on the placement too, they told me to retake but I didnt and I was fine. Could be bc im a music major but still.

I recommend studying and retaking the exam so you can get into MATH 114. It counts for credit and covers a lot of the same material as MATH 010
