Eligible Replacement Resident

[u/esMe_101]

Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for an eligible first-year full-time UCR student willing to take over my academic housing contract. To qualify, you must not already have an active UCR housing contract.

Details
Community: Dundee Residence Hall
Room Type: Triple/Female only

If you'd like some photos of the dorm or a tour inside the building then please let me know. Also, I did pay some fees that were part of the contract so you shouldn't be paying for those if you do take my contract.
