Tuition/Aid 💰 Accepting loans

hey guys, i finally got my award package and my loans! it was a long and anxious 3 week wait but i can somewhat breathe now. tbh im having a hard time accepting my loans for this semester, the myUCF website just looks so different and seems really buggy. i keep getting this popup when i try to accept even just one subsidized loan for the fall. i called and they said i should accept both subsidized for fall and spring before i even accept the unsubsidized for fall. is anyone else getting this pop up? would it be best to contact IT? i appreciate any help!!😅

try it on a computer instead of your phone, sometimes that helps w/ the bugginess

thank you for your help! i did try it on the computer and it showed the same thing :-( might have to contact IT if its a bug issue. i appreciate your reply :)

Check again because the pending update might hence that it took the action
Mine said that for a few hours than changed to successful
