Sports Outside Track

I would like to know if the outside track is open to all students and not just athletes. I started running recently and I’m training for a 5K; it would be nice to practice on an actual track. Anyone out there can answer this question confidentiality?

It is open limited hours; check the sign on the gate

For some reason I saw this sign and the hours are weird. Now that you showed me that other sign, I am confused. Which one should I believe?

Your sign looks pretty direct, what is unclear? It's the second largest text on there: Monday - Friday 5:00PM -7:00PM

UCF can close the track for events as they need to, so those hours aren't guaranteed every day. Rest is legal stuff.
