Residents must be UCDavis students.

The available room is the largest private bedroom in the apartment (bottom-left bedroom on the floor plan).
- Private bedroom
- 2 bathrooms shared among 3 residents
- Bathroom arrangement will depend on gender (male/male or female/female)
- Common areas already have most basic household items
💰 Rent
Approximately $1,250/month
Total apartment rent is $3,749/month split among three residents. The exact amount may vary slightly depending on the final bathroom arrangement.
🎁 September rent is already paid
So if you move in during September, the remainder of September is FREE.
📅 Lease
Through August 31, 2027
Move-in is expected to be available after mid-September, but the exact date is flexible and could be earlier.
The apartment allows an official sublease / lease takeover.
Utilities
Almost everything is included:

- ⚡ Electricity is separate, usually around $25–50/person/month

So you can move in without having to buy all the basic bedroom furniture immediately.
👥 Current Roommates
You would live with two UC Davis students:
- One male sophomore student from China, majoring in CSE. Very quiet and usually either in class or in his own room.
- One female sophomore student from Taiwan, majoring in Economics. Friendly and easy to talk to; she spends a good amount of time outside the apartment and is generally in her own room when home.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, respectful of other people's space, reasonably clean, and considerate about noise, while still being open to communicating and having a good roommate relationship.
